TBA Activities include activities to be organized for the purpose of acquiring skills related to current experimental methods used in research and developing basic theoretical concepts. These activities aim to organize educational activities in order to contribute to the education and development of our academicians and students who conduct academic studies in the Biophysics Departments. Within the scope of the activities, it is planned to organize practical laboratory studies, trainings for updating theoretical knowledge and activities in various other areas.

TBA events refer to a comprehensive series of events organized/to be organized for the purpose of developing basic theoretical concepts. In this context, Biophysics Events include educational programs and applied research programs and aim to contribute to the development of those working in the field of Biophysics.

EVENTS

Biophysics Laboratory Skills

They are organized to provide or improve laboratory skills used in the field of biophysics. They are educational events with limited number and characteristics of participants.

Theoretical Biophysics Trainings

are events that aim to convey information to participants on certain topics in the field of Theoretical Biophysics.

 General Information

1-Biophysical Events can be proposed by the Board of Directors, the Scientific Board or any TBA member who wants to organize an event. After the event program is proposed, it is approved and implemented by the TBA Board of Directors.

2-TBA members can request training on the topics they would like to receive by writing to turkbiyofizikdernegi087@gmail.com.

3-The Board of Directors evaluates these requests within the framework of possibilities.

4-The center where the event will be held is selected by the TBA Board of Directors, taking into account the general demand.

5-At the end of the event, participants are given exams to measure the efficiency of the training, the success of the program and the participants, and to guide future activities.

6-Participants who successfully complete the event are given a TBA participation certificate named according to the type of event.

7-TBA has the right to use and distribute all speech texts, slides and all other educational materials presented in these events, with the approval of the speaker.

8-Application forms will be filled out when the event is intended to be organized in connection with TBA, announcements of independent events are not included in this scope.
